This page explains how to delete your Kutchi Hub account and your personal data. You do not need to sign in to read it.
How to delete your account
Option 1 – In the app or on the website (instant)
- Log in to your Kutchi Hub account.
- Open your Dashboard.
- Open Settings.
- Tap “Delete my account”.
- Type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Option 2 – Can’t log in?
- Contact us from your registered email address or phone number, with the subject “Delete my account”.
- We confirm that the account is yours and process the request within 7 days.
What gets deleted
These are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered:
- Your sign-in account (email and password)
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and photo
- Reviews you wrote
- Saved (favourite) businesses
- Reward points and referral records
- Notifications
- Push notification tokens (the devices registered for notifications)
- Business-ownership claims you submitted
What we keep, and why
- Business listings owned by your account are archived: hidden from the website and the app, not deleted, and no longer linked to you. A contact person name saved on a quick listing is cleared.
- Subscription and payment records of those listings are kept for up to 8 years, because accounting and tax law requires it.
- Enquiries you sent to a business, discount claims and reports you made stay, but are no longer linked to your account. The name and phone number you typed in an enquiry stay in that business’s enquiry list.
- Minimal technical logs are kept for up to 30 days, then removed.
